Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Vastrito, we take pride in offering high-quality handloom fabrics and eco-friendly fashion. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure a smooth experience.

POLICIES 

• All sales are final at VASTRITO, we don’t offer refunds /returns or exchange/ cancellations once the order is placed 

• Once the order is placed, we are unable to make any style/size or address changes

• In case your parcel shows ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received it, please let us know within 24hrs, after that, we won’t be able to escalate the issue to the shipping partner.

• If you have received a wrong/defective item, please send us pictures within 24hrs of receiving the product, and we will provide an exchange within 5 to 7 days. Make sure all the tags are intact.

STEPS FOR SIZE EXCHANGE

• For size exchange please email/ send E-mail us on info@vastrito.com with your original order number along with all necessary details *within* 1 day of receiving the product. 

• To & From shipping charges would be ₹200 which has to be paid by the customer 

• We only allow size exchange once 

• Please make sure the product is in it’s original condition and all tags are intact 

 • exchange will be done within 5-7 days

STEPS FOR SIZE CUSTOMISATION

• We offer size customization and minor length adjustments 

• The style of the product cannot be changed 

• Drop us a DM to customize the size/ print
